HOW OUR FULL SERVICE FEES WORK:
For Project Management services, we don’t charge a flat rate. Our rate is 20% of the overall project budget + 10% overhead – and it comes off the top, so you no longer need to worry if your designer is staying within your budget.
We do all the homework for you! You come home to a finished space.

HOURLY CONSULTATIONS – $250
If you are remodeling an entire room or a whole home and are looking for an affordable alternative to a Project Manager, our hourly redesign services are for you.
Gather all your calculations, material specs, and ideas. We’ll meet to hear about your needs and provide professionally-informed guidance.
Since everyone’s specific needs will vary, redesign services are charged hourly. Rate above is per hour. Minimum package purchase of 2 hours required.
PAINT COLOR CONSULTATION – $450*
Get it right the first time.
Our virtual paint color consultations include two 1-hour sessions and provide consultations for up to 3 rooms.

STAGING CONSULTATIONS
Our consultants will present the seller with a list of prioritized items to address prior to home photography and listing. It’s up to the agent and the sellers to discuss and determine whether all items listed should be resolved.
LIGHT STAGING / ACCESSORIZING
For vacant and lightly furnished properties, we offer light staging to highlight the property’s most valuable details. This service includes sourcing and placement of decorative materials.
Both services are offered to brokers, agents, and owner/sellers. Pricing structures vary by the scope of the project. Please contact us for pricing.
